What's the interview process like?
Simple and straightforward:
- Step 1: Quick Microsoft Teams call to get to know you and assess mutual fit
- Step 2: 1-hour in-person or virtual interview to discuss business analysis skills, testing approaches, requirement gathering, and communication abilities
- Step 3: If both steps go well, we'll extend an offer
You Perfectly Match If You Have
- Basic understanding of software testing (manual or automated)
- Interest in business analysis and requirement gathering
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients regarding requirements, bugs, and feedback
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab/BitBucket is a plus
- Basic knowledge of programming (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion) is a plus
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Your day-to-day activities
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Documenting and translating business needs into clear technical requirements
- Conducting manual and/or automated testing of software applications
- Creating comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs to developers and clients
- Communicating with clients to clarify requirements, issues, and provide updates on bug fixes
- Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
- Collaborating with developers to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Participating in requirement analysis and test case creation
- Ensuring software meets both business needs and quality standards before release
- Analyzing current business processes and suggesting improvements
Salary range
- 7+ EUR/hour if student (depending on experience and skills)
- 2000+ brutto 1 if contract (depending on experience and skills)
